PSPgames generally have quite low texture detail, as more isn't needed due to the low resolution of the PSP display, and the lack of RAM and VRAM available. The Texture Scaling feature uses an upscaling filter to give the illusion of sharper texture detail. Doesn't work great with all art styles but some games are very much improved.
Inyour PPSSPP directory, navigate to memstick/PSP/TEXTURES then drag n' drop the contents of the .zip into the folder. \n. Note: \n \n; Turn any texture scaling options OFF. \n; Do NOT enable texture saving. \n; As much as possible, use Vulkan as the backend to decrease potential stuttering. \n

I'm sure you've inspired and helped a lot of other texture artists in this small, passionate and apparently sometimes psychotic texture pack community. The packs being paid or free it's your choice but
UsingPPSSPP with 5x res, HD textures i found on github (easy to install really. All you have to do is go into the TEXTURES folder inside PSP and paste the folder you get from github there) and im using the V3 patch which requires you to go to Cheats in the PSP folder, make an .ini file with game id (UCES/USxxxxx.ini) and paste the cheat code there.
